All About Will Electric
I began my electrical journey in 1982 working in the electrical department at Payless Cashways on the north end of Salina. I’ve always enjoyed talking to and helping people so I believe even the time I spent in retail sales helped my skills dealing with my customers even today.
I then spent 1984 to 1987 working for Ray Snyder the then owner of General Air Conditioning and Electric Company. I studied hard and passed my state journeyman electrical exam on my first attempt in 1988 with a score of 90%. I then passed my state master electrical exam also on my first attempt with a score of 92%.
So with both courage and some anxiety I started my own small electrical business in 1998 with myself being the only employee. I worked many long hours and most weekends until now today I have 3 full-time electricians and a full-time office manager working for me!
I am both somewhat shocked and very proud that my small business was voted winner of the Reader’s Choice Award for electrical company in 2014 and 2015.
